Call A PCP charges for professional medical services and consultations only. Medication, laboratory, imaging, and pharmacy charges are billed separately by the applicable third-party provider.

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we encourage you to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you.

Fees for completed consultations and medical services are non-refundable. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, medication refill, laboratory order, or specific treatment, as all care is based on medical appropriateness and provider judgment.

Any medication pricing, shipping, returns, or refunds are handled directly by the dispensing pharmacy.
