Most visits are by telemedicine. Limited house-call or RCFE visits may be available when appropriate.

Call A PCP is self-pay. Visit fees are shown when booking and based on service and complexity. Labs, medications, and outside services are billed separately.

Call A PCP provides virtual care for many common, non-emergency medical concerns, including:
Weight management
Hormone health
Routine medication refills
Lab requests, reviews
Cough, cold, flu, COVID-19, fever, and sore throat
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach concerns
Headaches and migraines
Rashes, insect bites, and mild allergic reactions
Urinary and other women’s and men’s health concerns
Stress, anxiety, and depression concerns
Labs or additional testing may be ordered when medically appropriate.
Call A PCP does not treat medical emergencies, severe injuries, or conditions requiring immediate in-person care and does not prescribe controlled substances. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Call A PCP does not bill insurance for visits. This platform offers a self-pay rate depending on nature of the visit.

After your consultation, if medication is prescribed, your prescription will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy or, for compounded medications, to a licensed compounding pharmacy. Pharmacy processing times may vary.

Update your pharmacy in the Patient Portal or notify us before your prescription is sent via secured HIPPA compliant messaging on patient portal.

Call A PCP follows all national and state telehealth laws. We are not “prescribing online”, we are providing care where people need it the most, in the comfort of their own home

Call A PCP currently treats adults age 18 and older for California residents. You must be physically located in California at the time of your visit.

Appointments

Yes. Call A PCP offers Lab Request Only appointments for physician review. A full consultation is not always required, but your provider may recommend a visit if additional evaluation is needed.

No. Lab testing is billed separately by Quest Diagnostics. Pricing is determined directly by Quest.

Yes. You may request specific tests or select from available lab panels.

Yes. Lab testing is primarily completed through Quest Diagnostics. Quest will bill your insurance or offer self-pay options. Please indicate your preference in the questionnaire.

Lab testing is primarily completed through Quest Diagnostics.

Lab orders are sent electronically to a convenient laboratory location. If you are using insurance for your labs please verify that the laboratory is in-network with your insurance plan. If you are self-pay, you will pay the laboratory directly at the time of service.

For Lab Request Only: Once approved, your lab order will be sent electronically for completion at Quest Diagnostics. Results will be posted to your Patient Portal. A separate follow-up visit is required to review or discuss your results.
For Labs Ordered During a Virtual Visit: Results will be posted to your Patient Portal. A separate paid telemedicine follow-up may be required to review results, discuss treatment, or make medication changes.
Urgent or significantly abnormal results requiring prompt attention will be communicated directly to you.

Lab Testing
Refills, Cancellations and Payments

Schedule the appropriate refill or follow-up visit through the Patient Portal and complete brief questionnaire.

Call A PCP does not process insurance prior authorizations for routine medication refills. Please contact your insurance plan or pharmacy regarding coverage requirements.

Medication purchases, pricing, returns, and refunds are handled directly by the dispensing pharmacy. Call A PCP charges only for the medical consultation. Medication costs vary by pharmacy and insurance coverage, if applicable.

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, we simply encourage you to reschedule at a time that’s more convenient for you.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
